Mercy Indonesia Receives an Appreciation Reward from the Government!
This month, the Mercy Indonesia Foundation received the Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Award Certificate from the Mayor of Denpasar, Bali.
We’re so grateful for the trust and appreciation from the local Government. Moments like this affirm our direction and open doors to do even more impactful things for the community!
Let’s Check in On Our Church Planters Team! Giving the Gift of…Goats?
Our Church Planters work so hard! After they establish the foundation, they continue to build and maintain the ministry, sometimes in opposition to the locals around them.
This month, we wanted to gift them something special to help sustain their lives. And yes—that would be goats!
Here, our team is distributing goats to the ministers and their families who serve in West Sumba. Livestock like this can provide income through breeding, selling, production (like milk), or a source of food.
We also distributed new shoes for the volunteers, ministers, and their families.
