Initially Bong Liem was involved in a 2019 drug case. He came from Surabaya. Here is his testimony.
“Previously my relationship with children and wife did not go well, but in 2019 I was involved in a drug case that got me detained in prison. Amazingly, I was still given the opportunity to participate in Bible School in prison. I could also learn that, with this case, living like I was would only harm me and my family.
The opportunity to study at this Bible school held by Mercy Indonesia Foundation helped restore my life and set me up for the future. During the Prison Bible School I learned so many things starting from the changes in my character, to becoming someone who will always love and praise God. Not only was I healed from a drug addiction, but my relationship with my children and wife has also been restored.”
